Leadership Training
The Dalit Bahujan Resource Centre (DBRC) strengthens grassroots leadership by training women and men from SC, ST, and Denotified communities to actively participate in local decision-making processes and community development initiatives. Through leadership development, rights awareness, and capacity-building programmes, DBRC empowers community leaders to become effective agents of social change. The organisation also invests in the continuous professional development of its staff through regular internal trainings, enhancing their skills, knowledge, and effectiveness in delivering impactful programmes.
